Introduction to ps-locale-sr_ME-11.5.1.8000-1.cop.sgn

This Cisco Options Package (COP) provides official Montenegrin Serbian (sr_ME) localization support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 11.5(1)SU9 and later deployments. Designed for multinational enterprises and government agencies in the Balkan region, it translates 13,842 interface elements across CUCM administration portals, end-user devices, and real-time monitoring tools while maintaining ISO 639-3 language code compliance.

Released in Q4 2024 per Cisco’s collaboration product lifecycle documentation, version 8000-1 resolves diacritic rendering issues (ć/č/đ/š/ž) on Cisco IP Phone 8865/8861 LCD screens. The package requires CUCM 11.5(1)SU9 or higher with active SWSS service contracts and supports hybrid clusters integrating Cisco Unity Connection 12.5(1)SU2+.
